Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. To request changes or cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. You may return your order for a full refund once it has been received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time during holidays and sales. We process orders Monday through Friday, within 1-3 business days of the order date. Orders are shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take between 2-4 weeks.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. You may be responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by us. We are not liable for delays caused by customs. For details, please contact your local customs office.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise, contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant details. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card-issuing bank for information on when the credit will appear on your account. If you have not received your refund, please reach out to your bank or credit card company.
